The Newark Montclair Urban Teacher Residency (NMUTR) is conducting a programmatic data survey. 

This survey is being sent to you because you are a graduate of the NMUTR or Woodrow Wilson Teaching Fellowship (WWTF) and because we value your feedback. The purpose of this survey is to collect data and provide the residency with information about professional development, awards & honors, professional organization membership, and school placements from graduates of both the NMUTR and WWTF. This information will assist the NMUTR in finding out what ways the NMUTR can continue supporting graduates in their professional growth. In addition, the information will help the NMUTR to be aware of professional development topics that are available or not available to program graduates, are needed/desired, or are well-covered or not well covered, so that the NMUTR can focus on providing future residents professional development in those areas during or following their residency.

Participation in the survey is entirely voluntary; however any input you may provide will help inform the NMUTR and similar initiatives. This survey will not be used to gauge success and will not reflect on you either positively or negatively. Any survey responses you provide or your decision not to respond will not be consequential for you, and will not effect your employment, licensure, status or standing within the residency nor with NMUTR.

Although the survey is non-consequential for you and responses will be confidential, the data will not be anonymous for several reasons. At the individual level, the NMUTR may reach out to you to offer additional resources or supports related to program offerings that meet your interests. In addition, at the school level responses may help the NMUTR to make informed decisions about placements for current or future residents.

Once again, your participation in this survey is entirely voluntary. If you decide to participate, you may access the survey here. Your completion of this survey indicates your consent to participate. Please note that data will be collected using the Internet; although the survey tool and data collection are password protected, no guarantees can be made regarding the interception of data sent via the Internet by any third party (i.e., your employer). 

The survey should take approximately 20 minutes to complete and can be completed all at once or may be saved and completed in multiple sittings at your leisure. You may also skip questions if you do not wish to answer them.
